Kahaani was a perfect movie in every sense: be it the thrill, power-packed performance by Vidya Balan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui or the spine chilling story. The thrilling and suspense movie that was released in 2012 gave goose bumps to the watchers.
After the huge success of Kahaani, Vidya Balan and director Sujoy Ghosh are back with another suspense thriller “Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh.” The much awaited trailer of the movie is out and has really impressed the viewers.
The duo this time promises more drama, more suspense and more mystery; hints of which have already been given in the trailer.
The trailer that was launched by superstar Amitabh Bachchan starts with terrified Vidya Balan answering a phone call where she is informed about kidnapping of her daughter Mini and asked to reach a certain place to meet her for the last time. The next scene shows her meeting with an accident and going into coma.
But before you think anything about poor Bidya, you will find her as Durga Rani – a wanted woman for murder and kidnapping of kids. Arjun Rampal has replaced Nawazuddin Siddiqui as the Sub Inspector Indarjeet Singh.
The two and half minutes’ trailer has so much of suspense that you will not be able to stop yourself from going to the theaters to solve the mystery.
The biggest suspense is reality of Vidya Balan who is portraying the role of Bidya and Durga Rani. Now is it double role or dual personality? Keep thinking till the movie hits the theaters.
The sequel of Kahaani will hit the theaters on December 2, 2016. I really can’t wait to watch the movie. But I am really going to miss Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
