How to use?

• Soak 2-3 teabags in two cups of hot water

How to use?

• Make a paste to 1-2 hibiscus flowers and 5-6 leaves

10. Beetroot for hair loss

Thankfully with so many skin and hair problems, winters also give us gift of beetroots. Full of properties like vitamins C and B6, folate, manganese, betaine and potassium, beetroot provides everything required for healthy hair growth and clean scalp.

How to use?

• Boil 7-8 beetroot leaves and grind with henna leaves to make a paste
• Apply this mask on your hair and leave for 15-20 minutes
• Wash your hair with warm water to see the magical results

Other hair care tips for winters:

• Avoid using hair dryers as these make hair more dry
• Wrap your hair before leaving home as cold air can make your hair brittle
• Ensure regular oiling before shampoo to lock moisture in your hair
• Keep hair tied up to prevent hair breakage and hair fall
• Use good quality shampoo and conditioner for winters

If the problem still exists, you should consult a dermatologist for the right treatment. They might suggest you some effective oil for hair loss that has some medicinal properties to treat the problem. Here comes another review blog. Today I will be reviewing Neemli Four Clay Face & Body Wrap, which I got in one of my beauty subscription boxes. Clay or fuller’s earth or multani mitti, by whatever name you call it, one fact about it remains same that it is a magical natural product for skin, body and hair. I have been a huge fan of clay masks since childhood and using them for my skin and hair when nothing else works.

So when I got Neemli Four Clay Face & Body Wrap in my beauty subscription box, I got really excited to use it and see the effects. Keep reading to know how my experience with the clay mask was.

Neemli Four Clay Body Wrap

Weight – 75 gm

Price – Rs. 550

What does the pack say?

It is clearly written on the pack that Neemli Four Clay Body Wrap is 100% natural and chemical free.

The pack claims that the four clay mask and body wrap absorb the toxins from the skin and make it dry and smooth. It also says that regular use of the clay mask also improves the circulation of the skin, removes dead skin cells and makes it look naturally glowing and healthy.

Ingredients

French Red Clay, Zeolite Clay, Fuller’s Earth and French Green Clay

Directions for Use:

The best thing about the pack is that it has clearly mentioned the directions for use. Unlike other beauty products, you don’t need to struggle to find the instructions. As per the directions mentioned on the pack:

• Wash the face with warm water
• Mix 1 to 1.5 tablespoon of water/milk/rose water or any other liquid with 1 tablespoon of clay mask
• Spread the pack evenly on the skin and let it dry for 10-15 minutes
• Once dried, rinse with normal water

My experience of using Neemli Four Clay Face Mask & Body Wrap

The face pack comes in a powder form in a zip-lock pouch, which I quite liked. Though the package is very basic, it is practical for a powder based face and body pack.

Color –

When Dry – Light brown before mixing the powder

After mixing liquid – Darker reddish brown after mixing water

It was really surprising for me as the color completely changed as soon as I poured water in it. The light brown powder turned into reddish color. I left it on my face for 15 minutes. Like other face masks, it also made my skin too stretchy after getting dried. I was not even able to speak indicating that the mask had completely dried.

Once the pack completely dried, I washed my face with normal water. I could notice the glow on my skin. Though the skin didn’t get dry completely, I felt the need to applying moisturizer on my face.

Pros:

• Natural ingredients
• Suitable for every skin type
• Doesn’t make skin dry after washing it off
• Makes skin feel fresh

Cons

• Makes skin too stretchy when dried
• A bit expensive for just a clay mask

Price: You might find it a bit expensive, but when it comes to the amount you need to make one time’s face pack, it is quite reasonable as you can use it multiple times.

My Island Kiss lip balm in bunny pink tint is not just a lip balm but also a lip moisturizer with SPF 15. I seriously loved its stay power. I applied the lip balm in the morning and it kept my lips moisturized and glossy for around 5-6 hours. The lip balm was there even after taking food and drinking tea. The lip gloss was selected for Eminent Vogue Beauty Awards 2018 and after using it, I know the reason.

Tjori Anti Tan Pack

Tanning is a common problem in summers. No matter how many times we apply sunscreen, skin still gets tanned. GlamEgo April 2018 Bag has a perfect solution for this. The face pack was out of the box and made the whole packaging too messy. As I opened the plastic cover, the powder spread everywhere.

I just loved the lip balm. It made my dark lips look a bit better with natural pink tint. GlamEgo has kept its promise of offering premium products in every box. I will definitely recommend this box to the ladies looking for affordable yet useful beauty box every month.

This face cream with soothing fragrance is great for whiter and brighter skin. My take: I found this great for my mixed skin type. I mixed it with my BB cream and could notice that it gives me smooth skin throughout the day.

In my previous blog I posted MCaffeine neem caffeince face wash review, which I found amazing for my skin. I expected same results from the shower gel as well and found it quite good.

MCaffeine Neem Caffeine Face Wash is a gel based face wash with a great fragrance. I just loved the medicinal and mild smell. I have oily skin, so found it great for my skin. It neither dries the skin nor leaves it too moisturized. I find my skin refreshing, glowing and relaxed after washing my face with MCaffeine Neem Caffeine Face Wash. The face wash forms good amount of lathers which gets rinsed away easily. It also removes makeup without making the skin dry and stretchy. I wouldn’t recommend this face wash for dry skin types, but for oily skin types this is an awesome product.

The packaging with the screw open lid is perfect. The consistency makes it easy to control the face wash flow. It can be easily carried in the grooming kit when travelling without any fear of spillage.

You must be thinking why I am focusing so much on face scrub; simply because today’s review is about one of the face scrubs. I got this product in my April Fab Bag and the product is Hedonista Fresh Face Scrub. I got the sample size product in my FabBag and tried it on my face to see its impact, which I will share with you through my review.

What the product actually is?

Hedonista Fresh Face Scrub is a gel based exfoliator with strawberry seeds and desiccated coconut. The natural face scrub shows immediate results by leaving skin smooth and glowing within a few minutes. The luscious skin care recipe is great for all skin types making it further useful.

Though the ingredients have been clearly mentioned on the pack, I would list them here for the users who buy skin care products by checking the ingredients used in them. The face scrub is made with aqua, desiccated coconut, strawberry seeds, walnut shell powder, Xanthan gum, vegetable glycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate, L Arginine, Potassium Sorbate, Fragrance oil, lactic acid, Sodium Benzoate and Sodium Gluconate.

My Hedonista Fresh Face Scrub Review

Having light brown color, the face scrub comes in gel consistency and glides on skin very smoothly. As I opened the box, I just fell in love with the tempting fragrance of strawberry. I could even feel it after washing my face. The face scrub has strawberry seeds and being a huge strawberry lover I found it amazing. If you are not a strawberry lover, you might find the fragrance a bit irritating, but don’t worry it doesn’t stay more than 10 minutes.

As given on the pack, I took a small amount of scrub on my fingers and rubbed it on my face in circular motion for 2-3 minutes. The gel easily gets spread on the face without water and gradually it seems that it got absorbed into the skin. The smooth texture of Hedonista Fresh Face Scrub makes it safe for acne prone skin. Being a person with oily skin, I find it a bit sticky. It left my face greasy and I ultimately had to wash it to get rid of the oil.
